In tegenstelling tot de grote nationale en regionale kunst- en ambachtsfestivals die ik vroeger bezocht, biedt verkopen op Etsy vrijwel geen interactie met klanten. We kunnen niet met elkaar chatten, je aankopen bespreken of zelfs maar naar elkaar glimlachen... wij kunstenaars werken 'in het donker', in de hoop dat jij - daarbuiten, onbekend - onze inspanningen om interessante en aantrekkelijke items te maken zult waarderen.
Uw recensies zijn ZO belangrijk om ons gemotiveerd te houden om het beter te doen en om nieuwe items te maken die u zullen interesseren en bevallen. We hopen dat u alle kritiek constructief zult houden - zodat we altijd kunnen proberen om te verbeteren... Daarom nogmaals bedankt - uw recensies betekenen de wereld voor mij en, ik weet zeker, voor alle andere Etsy-artiesten.
A heartfelt 'thank you' to all of you who are kind enough to take the time to give artists like me such lovely 5-star reviews. Unlike the large national and regional Arts and Crafts festivals I used to attend, selling on Etsy provides virtually no interaction with customers. We can't chat together, discuss your purchases, or even smile at each other...we artists work 'in the dark', hoping that you - out there, unknown - will like our efforts to make interesting and attractive items.
Your reviews are SO important to keep us motivated to do better, and to make new items that will interest and please you.
