3 out of 5 starsReceived a different bowl from the one I ordered. I contacted the supplier and they were very friendly and helpful. I was sent a replacement, however this was damaged upon arrival. Fortunately customer service was very helpful and attentive, despite the issues faced and I received a prompt refund upon contacting them again. Despite the supply hiccups, the bowls themselves were well made. I think I just got unlucky.

5 out of 5 starsThe set is lovely, it arrived safely, and the items appear to be quite sturdily made — it’ll be a lovely set for years to come, I’m sure! The Panda design is adorable, and the spout is such a helpful feature! I’d like to shout out Aya for her amazing customer service, as we had some hiccoughs with shipping, but she very graciously and generously took care of the problems that arose and I’m so grateful for her help! You should be aware: my bowl’s speckled pattern is much stronger than in the stock photo (although my stand matches the lighter effect). This may be unlucky for me (and lucky for someone who likes that effect), but I would have liked to have known there could be that much variation before I bought. (This doesn’t impact quality at all, so it’s still a 5/5 from me.)

1 out of 5 starsThis item is advertised as a handmade, one of a kind item. However, it is very clearly a mass made item that was shipped from China. This is in no way one of a kind or handmade piece. I’m super disappointed in the pure false advertisement of this product as the product that I have received is not what I wanted at all.

2 out of 5 starsItem quality is satisfactory, however, they did not ship the correct item we ordered. There were 3 colors to choose from and I was shipped the wrong color. This is a gift for someone else, and I would have liked to have given them want they wanted. I have been in communications with Aya and was told she would make a correction with the order and send the correct color. I have not received any additional communications or a replacement of the product I ordered.
