Omdat deze producten handgemaakt zijn, kunnen er kleine oneffenheden of imperfecties aanwezig zijn.

Een winkeleigenaar heeft ook het recht om naar eigen inzicht een klant te weigeren, zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.

Als je vragen hebt over een lopende bestelling, een fout hebt gemaakt of wat dan ook, stuur me dan gerust een berichtje! Ik garandeer dat ik binnen een paar dagen (waarschijnlijk zelfs eerder) contact met je opneem!

Tot slot ben ik niet verantwoordelijk voor het artikel nadat het is verzonden. Ik bepaal wanneer het artikel wordt gemaakt en wanneer het wordt verzonden. Nadat ik het heb verzonden, is het in handen van de postdienst. Als een pakket beschadigd aankomt of verloren gaat, kan ik niet garanderen dat het zo is verzonden! Helaas gebeurt dit soms, maar daar kan ik echt niets aan doen.

Lastly, I am not responsible for the item after it has been shipped. I control when the item is made & when it will be shipped, after I ship it, it is in the post office's hands, If a package arrives damaged or gets lost, I can guarantee it was not sent out that way! Unfortunately sometimes this does happen, but there's really nothing I can do about it.
