For each design, they asked for feedback, and some of the designs required several iterations, which they patiently did for us!! They also provided responses regarding shipping time and contacted FedEx when needed too! I'm so glad I ended up going with this seller for our wedding favors. They also shipped very quickly as they were super cognizant of our tight timeline. Thank you so much!!!
