I answered him the next day and tried to solve the problem. Without a reply, I got this review where he missed the important details. Without giving me any notice beforehand he tried to DYE it and because it didn’t work, he demanded afterwards a refund or new one. Take a look at his picture where the hoodie sticks out of the parcel. It should have a bright neon green color and not like it is in the picture. I try to pack every parcel savely but can‘t control the handling process. Especially when it crosses continents. The color from the hoodie is mentionend 2 times in the discription. The mistreatment of the Hoodie made it unsellable, so I wasn‘t able to refund or change the color for him but offered him a discount.

4 out of 5 starsGreat item however the fit is a little awkward as the hood pulls the fabric on the body up as it isn't big enough, the sleeves and bottom hem are very short compared to the width of the hoodie. Overall though as long as you size up enough it's not an issue 9/10.
