Returns
I offer returns for standard orders that do not exceed 1500USD. Message me within 14 days of delivery before returning the item, so I can provide you details. Ship items back within 30 days of requesting a return. The shipping return of purchase is at the customer's expense.
Custom orders (with colors, size or any other modification) do not apply to this policy. Shop wisely, as they cannot be returned.
In case of a complaint, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. Complaints submitted after 30 days of receiving the package will not be taken under the consideration. Also, if you decide to use/install your item before checking if it's free of flaws, the compaint will not be taken under the consideration.

First step after receiving a product
Once you receive the package, make sure that the material is free of flaws.
If your order is damaged or defective, send me a message with a picture of the issue (and a picture of the package, if the damage was done while delivery), then I will send a replacement free of charge.
Please, bear in mind that after installation, so once the product is used, I am unable to deal with any complaints.
VINYL WALLPAPER
Vinyl material: made of vinyl and non-woven material, durable and moisture resistant - also very suitable for kitchens and bathrooms (as long as you don't expose it to direct water sources). It is a non-woven material, so the wallpaper can be easily placed on the wall - just cover the wall with glue. Thanks to the vinyl layer, it has a high resistance to mild chemicals, you can clean vinyl wallpaper without worrying about damaging the pattern or color.

Materials
Premium Canvas - is dedicated to printing pictures, reproductions and graphics. This is a textured material that consistently reproduces fine detail with outstanding clarity. Deep, saturated colors give the poster accents of elegance and aesthetics. It's a loose material.
Poster Paper - it's a high-quality, 220g thick fine art paper with matte finish. Professional ink for colorful, vibrant prints that are water & fade-resistant.
How to prepare the mirror for installation?
1. Place the mirror on a stable, flat surface.
2. Clean, degrease and dry the surface of the mirror where you will stick the hangers.
3. Remove the film protecting the adhesive from the metal hangers.
4. Glue the pendants on the dry and degreased surface of the mirror.
5. Note that 100% strength of the pendants is after 24 hours after sticking them. Wait 24 h before you hang the mirror in the target location.
6. Measure the distance between the centers of the previously glued hangers.
7. Mark the measured distance on the wall and in the marked places drill holes and insert the wall plugs.
8. Screw the hooks with the included screws.
9. Hang the mirror, sliding it carefully from the top. Done!
Colors
Unfortunately, my products just imitates gold, it's not a metallic paint. Bear in mind, that the colors of the final prints may slightly differ from those you see on the monitor.
