Unfortunately, the courier lost my original package, but the seller immediately made it right by remaking the custom vinyl record. The product arrived working but not perfect, looks awesome, and the recipient loved it regardless. Really appreciated the professionalism and effort to fix an issue that wasn’t even their fault. Highly recommend!

5 out of 5 starsBuy! Buy! Buy! A must buy! Don’t think twice, just do it! It looks even more beautiful in person than I ever could have imagined. The seller was continuously in contact with me, answering any questions I had. A few songs I had added to the album cover photo that I edited were too long so the seller let me know how long each side of the record can be, which let me know how many songs I can fit. Unfortunately my record player needs a new speaker so I am unable to test the record as of now, but once I get that fixed I will update my review to include a short sound bite of the record! Such a beautiful gift of the compilation of all our songs we danced to at our wedding. I am going to treasure this forever!

Why is your product priced cheap than other competitors?

How many songs I can fit in the CD?
We can process 70 minutes of songs, that's usually 18-20 tracks (it depends on the length of songs actually).
What is the Turnaround Time?
Once you have checked and approved everything, we need 3-5 business days to print and press, after that we ship immediately!
What is your Shipping time?
For US orders:
Before, customers received their orders within 7-10 days after we ship them but right now FREE 1st class mail shipping is taking a while to deliver right now due to COVID.
If you have a tight deadline, we offer an upgrade to UPS Ground (1-5 days) for $25. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1271330343
For orders outside the US:
We can only ship through Airmail (around 10-14 days delay due to the pandemic but we say up to 4 weeks just to be safe)
