Final Sale
Since all of our items are made just for you, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges. But if something arrives damaged or defective, please let us know right away—we’ll make it right!
Personalization
We kindly ask that you carefully complete the personalization box with all the correct details!
Since we copy & paste your personalization details, we cannot be responsible for any misspellings or incorrect information, such as locations, last names, or dates. Please double-check everything before submitting your order!
There is a 3-hour window to make any changes or cancellations after your order is placed. Any time period after that, unfortuately we’re unable to make adjustments as we start crafting your item.
Washing Your Items
To keep your shirt or sweatshirt looking its best, please wash all clothing items inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle. For drying, we recommend laying flat or hanging. Avoid ironing to protect the quality of the design!
Order Issue Resolution Timeline
As a small business, we do our best to ensure everything is perfect before shipping, but mistakes can happen! Though it's rare, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we're happy to help!
Please contact us no later than 14 days from delivery so we can provide you with the best solution. After that timeframe, we may not be able to provide a replacement or a refund.
