4 out of 5 starsThe urn is beautiful, and the communication and empathy from the seller was excellent. The packaging was beautiful, and it arrived safely and promptly. The engraving is what I asked for and is aligned/straight, which is great. The edges of the engraving though, for the longer lines, did not get as much gold, so look faded out and are hard to read. The urn is curved, and I guess the tool used was for a flat surface. My advice to future buyers is to keep your lines of text (for the engraving) short.

They actually blew me away and anybody who has seen both of my pieces from her beautiful quality so much love went into these and I’m so blessed to now be the caretaker of them thank you dear sister for the amazing work you do!
