Can I ask for a refund if the item is damaged in transit?
While this never happened yet, you can get a completely new poster for free.
Our stated policy is to replace the item free of charge regardless of the circumstance.
The tracking shows my order was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
We understand how frustrating this can be. First, please check with neighbors, building management, or anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf. Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered slightly before they arrive.
If you still cannot locate your order, contact us immediately. We'll work with you to investigate what happened.
While we cannot offer a free replacement when tracking confirms delivery (as this indicates the carrier fulfilled their obligation), we're happy to provide a significant discount on a reorder to help make things right.
Are your delivery times guaranteed?
Delivery timeframes are estimates based on typical shipping performance. While most orders arrive within the expected window, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, like customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier volume.
Please note that shipping delays are not eligible grounds for returns or cancellations. However, if your order is taking longer than anticipated, we're here to help.

What happens if my order is returned to you by the postal service?
If your package is returned to us (typically due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we're happy to resend it. You'll only need to cover the shipping cost for the second delivery.
We're unable to process refunds in these situations because our prints cannot be reused once they've been packaged and shipped.
Even brief time in transit means they're no longer in pristine, gallery-quality condition that meets our standards for a first impression.
To avoid return-to-sender situations, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order.
