This order was not placed by mistake. The buyer first added the item to favorites in order to receive a discount, and then completed the purchase normally. After the purchase, the digital file was successfully delivered and downloaded, and the buyer had full access to the product. Only after using the file did the buyer request a refund, which is not possible for digital products once they have been accessed, according to Etsy’s policy. I always try to be fair and helpful to every customer, but digital items cannot be “returned” after they have already been received and used. I wish everyone a happy new year and many honest transactions.

Resultó ser solo una receta para hacer el producto real. Fue culpa mía por no haberme dado cuenta, y la tienda amablemente me ofreció un reembolso completo.
