CAN I RETURN CUSTOMIZED & PERSONALIZED ORDERS?
CUSTOM MADE WITH DIAMONDS, GEMSTONES & LASER ENGRAVINGS:
ENGRAVED ITEMS: No you cannot. It was engraved with your personalized name, phrase, etc. This sale is FINAL
RINGS WITH GEMSTONES:
Yes you may, though there is a 35% restocking fee. All rings with gemstones start of as plain bands and we laser drill & bezel-set the gemstones you picked on the ring size you've specified.
To get a different size, you have to place a new order and we will customize the ring according to your specifications in that new size.
PLAIN BANDS (no gemstones, no engraving)
Send back the ring within the allowed time frame, enclose a payment for S&H either via check, money order or paypal and we will send you a replacement.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
All rings that are PLATED (black, yellow gold, roe gold) will scratch & fade with regular use. It is advised not to expose the rings to abrasive surfaces, solutions, chemicals and the elements.
(non-plated) TUNGSTEN is highly scratch resistant (not scratch proof)
TITANIUM scratches easily, but people love how they are very lightweight.
CERAMIC is NOT plated. will NOT SCRATCH, and is also very lightweight.
COBALT CHROME has the look (whiteness) & feel of PLATINUM, but will not scratch easily & will not change shape like platinum.
WHAT IS SIZING DETAILS?
ALL OF OUR RINGS ARE TRUE TO SIZE:
All of our Tungsten Carbide rings are Comfort Fit and true to size. We highly suggest of having finger sized at a local jewelry shop with "Comfort Fit Bands" to ensure correct size selection and avoid incorrect fit, thus avoiding also the returns and exchanges.
WHAT IS COMFORT FIT RING?
Alternative metal like Tungsten rings are made with “Comfort Fit” sizing. The advantage of Comfort Fit is that the inside of the ring is rounded and slides over the knuckle easier resulting in greater comfort. In contrast, standard fit rings are flat on the inside of the ring.
HOW CAN I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU GIVE US AN ACCURATE RING SIZE.
We really do suggest checking with you local jeweler to get you fitted for a COMFORT FIT ring. That is the only sure way of knowing your exact ring size.
Knowing your accurate ring size before ordering would avoid any returns or exchanges, which is subject to a 15% restocking fee for plain bands and 35% for items that are custom, and have diamonds and other gemstones (subject to approval of conditional return).
ARE THESE RINGS UNISEX?
Yes, the rings are unisex, although from experience, Men tend to gravitate to the wider rings (8mm & up) while women tend to favor the 6mm & below widths. It's a matter of personal preference in many instances. Some men who have slender fingers would opt for the 7mm & 6mm rings.
CAN THESE RINGS BE RESIZED?
These rings cannot be resized. If you need a different size, you would have to place a new order for that size
Is VAT/custom duties included in the selling price?
No. VAT & custom duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to calculate for you the charges that will be imposed by your local Customs office for the item that you bought or you may visit this website to get an idea how much you MIGHT be charged:
