🚚 Shipping Update:
During the busy season, delivery delays are common across all carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL).
We always ship on time, but delays may occur due to nationwide high volume.
If you need your order by a specific date, please message us before ordering or choose a shipping upgrade at checkout.

⚡Rush Order Upgrade:
Need your order sooner? Add a Rush Order Upgrade (one per ear) to your cart.
This ensures your order ships within 1 business day via USPS Standard Mail (Sat, Sun & Holidays excluded).
Please note: this shortens production time only, not USPS delivery time.
USPS Shipping Options:
– Standard: 5–7 business days (No insurance, No guarantee)
– Priority Shipping: 3–4 business days, Includes insurance
– Express Shipping: 2–3 business days, Guaranteed & insured
When you choose a shipping upgrade, you can select FedEx or UPS.
Both carriers are known for being more reliable and often provide better delivery guarantees than standard shipping.
• About the Estimated Delivery Date
Even if the estimated arrival date on Etsy doesn’t change after you select the upgrade,
👉 please don’t worry!
Once you choose an upgrade,
your package will still be shipped and delivered faster
based on the upgraded shipping method you selected.
• Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages:
Minnie Castle is responsible for your order until it reaches USPS.
Once USPS marks the package as Delivered, we cannot replace or refund items lost or stolen after delivery.
To protect your purchase, please consider choosing insured shipping (Priority or Express).
• Shipping Insurance:
If you choose Priority or Express, your package is insured.
If you choose First Class Standard and your package is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide refunds or replacements.
• Returns & Exchanges:
All Minnie Castle products are custom handmade, made to order for each customer.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to color, size, or buyer’s mistake.
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery in such cases.
All shipping fees (one-way or round-trip) are non-refundable.

We have been struggling and fighting with this problem for nearly a decade, but it is never enough.
Due to the limited resources of a small company VS multi million dollar corporations in China.
Our design is copied, and produce knock offs and sold back to United States at a very low price.
Some Etsy & Amazon Sellers are even buying it at a very low price and selling it as Made in USA / Handmade, when its actually not. They are poorly made with low quality material and they have nothing to do with Our Brand and Our Product.
