Todo comenzó con una simple constatación: nuestros teléfonos nos acompañan a todas partes, pero todos lucen exactamente iguales. Son herramientas esenciales, pero rara vez se sienten personales.
Una tarde, mientras paseaba por la orilla, recogí una concha marina con un dibujo precioso. Me maravilló cómo la naturaleza crea sus propias y asombrosas "cubiertas" para proteger lo que hay dentro: cada una completamente única, con textura y llena de carácter. Entonces me di cuenta: ¿por qué nuestra tecnología cotidiana no debería tener una cubierta igual de expresiva y singular?
Esa fue la chispa que dio origen a The Printed Shell.
No queríamos fabricar fundas de plástico aburridas y producidas en masa. Queríamos crear arte para tu dispositivo.
