2 out of 5 starsVery cute design. However, listing states free edit/download and high resolution. I actually had to pay for a canva subscription to even download the design because the design being advertised is “premium” according to Canva. Then when it came time to print, the resolution was very low. Keep in mind the only tweak I made to the design was replacing the base name with my daughter’s name. Tried downloading every version possible, upscaling, and enhancing it but the resolution was still too low.

Thank you for your feedback. You're absolutely right that one background element was mistakenly linked to Canva Pro. I corrected this as soon as I discovered it, and the template now works with a free Canva account without changing the original design. I also improved the file resolution. For the best print quality, I recommend downloading as PDF Print. As noted in the listing, only the name is editable. This preserves the original hand-painted design while keeping personalization simple. I was sorry to hear about your experience and reached out to help, but unfortunately I never received a reply. Had you contacted me first, I would have been happy to resolve everything. I always do my best to ensure every customer has a great experience.
