5 von 5 SternenAlles in allem ist alles in Ordnung mit diesem Produkt. Ein Punkt minus, da es nicht mit meinen Erwartungen bezüglich des Stils der Jacke zusammenpasst. Es ist einfach nicht mein Geschmack im Stil, der der Grund für die Rückgabe ist. Die Jacke selbst ist angenehm zu tragen und hat auf der Rückseite ein tolles Design. Es ist auch oversized was perfekt für einen Baggie-Stil ist. Trotzdem gebe ich diesem Produkt 5 Sterne, da der Kundenservice wirklich gut ist, Zoui ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

SHIPPING
• Priority shipping & tracking number is provided with every purchase.

• Estimated delivery: Europe 3-5 business days, United States and Canada 5-7 business days, rest of the World 7-14 business days.
• Shipping costs depend on a weight of the package
• XZOUIX is not responsible for shipping delays. If your package gets delayed/lost in transit (which happens very rarely), XZOUIX will contact the post office and file a claim for a lost package if the shipping/delivery period exceeds 30 days. The 30 days period is determined by the post office.
DELIVERY
• If the purchase cannot be delivered and is returned to XZOUIX the customer will be responsible for the repeat shipping costs. Usually this sometimes happens due to an incorrect delivery address. Please, double check your delivery address before the check out.

RETURNS
If you’re not happy with your purchase and want to return it, please, fill out the return form and contact XZOUIX via e-mail or instagram direct message before doing so. Every product must be unused, clean, and have the original tags attached. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Contact XZOUIX within: 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
In the event of this the buyer will be responsible for return packaging and shipping costs.
END OF THE PRODUCT LIFECYCLE
When your clothing reaches an end of its life, please, don’t dispose it in a general waste bin. That way you’d send your clothing directly to the landfill. Dispose it in a recycling bin designated for textile waste. By doing this, you’re actively doing your part in preserving the environment.
If you have clothing that you don’t wear anymore and don’t want to have in your wardrobe, consider donating it to a charity. Not only will you give your clothing another chance, you will also help someone who’s in need.**
