    The seller is not very communicative. She did have some medical emergencies but even when those weren't an issue she does not communicate with the buyer which in a case like this is a huge problem. She must work on responding to a customer. She must understand that she is operating a business and that she has a responsibility to her customers. Even without her medical "dramas" I was not satisfied with the way she handled her transactions.
