The shape of the nail cannot be customized (I'm working on being able to), but the size for each finger can be customized to suit each customer.

Due to each order being custom made and for hygiene reasons, no returns/refunds/exchanges can be made after payment. However, make sure to message me if there problems with your product!

For pre-sized orders: If it has been less than 12 hours since you have placed your order, I may not have started production for your order / may be shipping pre-made stock so I might be able to issue a refund. Message me to discuss options!

For custom sized orders: If it has been less than 2 hours since you have placed your order, contact me! As each individual nail is being custom produced, no refunds will be issued after this time limit.

Currently, as 444Nails is a small store, the nails will be sent with the nail prep kit by China E-Packet. As the store expands, I plan to offer better & custom packaging!

1. Cut your nails as short as possible, and file the top of your nail gently with a nail file. If needed, use the nail cuticle pusher to increase the surface area of the nail.
2. Put the fake nail onto your nail to make sure it is the correct size. If it is too big, file the fake nail until it fits naturally with your nail.
3. Apply the jelly tabs to your nail OR apply the nail glue to your whole nail area.
4. Press the fake nail onto your nail and apply hard pressure all over the nail for 5 seconds to prevent air pockets.
