The most important things to remember about leather is not to get it soiled, soaked, or let it dry out. So don't dirty it, wet it or leave it in the sun.

The most common mistake people make when taking care of leather is using too much conditioner. Leather comes with surfactants (protection) from the tannery. EBB & FLOW products are all very well protected when new. If you apply too much leather chemicals or you apply them too often, you may strip off the protection the tannery applied.

To keep your piece soft, supple and preserve the matte finish, wipe it down with a damp cloth whenever you think it needs freshening up. Wiping the leather with a damp cloth will pick up any loose dirt particles on the surface.

For Australian orders your item will take 3-6 business days. For International orders it can take up to 3 weeks if deliveries are delayed. As a guide UK and German orders take 10 business days, USA orders take 12 business days, Canadian orders take 14 business days.

We also offer express shipping for local and international orders where Australian orders can take 2 - 3 business days and International orders can take 5 - 7 business days.

I bought the red tan leather S10 phone wallet and it arrived within about a week. It is 10x better quality than ordinary plastic wallets I was buying from phone stalls. It feels smooth and soft in the hand, has plenty of pockets for cards as well as notes. I don't expect to have to replace it every few months. This is good leatherwork using light, soft leather. Six card pockets facing the phone case, one pocket on the back, one long lined pocket inside for notes, extra lined pocket behind the cards. I ordered the red tan which is not very red but a rich light brown. If you want the magnetic closing strap across the opening to make it more secure, you have to order "With strap". I highly recommend this product if you want beauty and quality. Sorry, I tried to attach photos to show colour and pockets but got error messages.

this iPhone 12 mini leather phone/wallet holder came with red threading on the sides and top and mismatched WHITE threading on the bottom which looks cheap and odd. in addition there was a wad of white thread wound around the bottom of the case which again looks odd. I am disappointed with this product.
