The most important things to remember about leather is not to get it soiled, soaked, or let it dry out. So don't dirty it, wet it or leave it in the sun.

The most common mistake people make when taking care of leather is using too much conditioner. Leather comes with surfactants (protection) from the tannery. EBB & FLOW products are all very well protected when new. If you apply too much leather chemicals or you apply them too often, you may strip off the protection the tannery applied.

To keep your piece soft, supple and preserve the matte finish, wipe it down with a damp cloth whenever you think it needs freshening up. Wiping the leather with a damp cloth will pick up any loose dirt particles on the surface.

For Australian orders your item will take 3-6 business days. For International orders it can take up to 3 weeks if deliveries are delayed. As a guide UK and German orders take 10 business days, USA orders take 12 business days, Canadian orders take 14 business days.

We also offer express shipping for local and international orders where Australian orders can take 2 - 3 business days and International orders can take 5 - 7 business days.

I have ordered this wallet previously and it was perfect. I ordered again and the wallet arrived in terrible condition, to which the shop owner advised that the leftover glue residue could be removed by me... furthermore, the inside of the wallet was also very worn out. The owner was not extremely amicable to deal with. She did send a new wallet and request I return the damaged wallet, which was a shipping cost of $15 that she refused to return. So all said and done, I spent $60 on a wallet just to have it sent back and forth. I won't be doing business here again.
