DAMAGE CLAIMS
As a matter of course, our items are packaged with extreme care. However, should you find that your item has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can consider giving you a refund.

We ask only that you satisfy our one request: please take multiple photos of the damaged item from different angles and send them to us.

In order for an insurance claim to be made, we may also ask for your co-operation in completing the following steps.
1. Keep the packaging in which you received the item;
2. Take the item and the packaging to your post office and inform the post office what has happened. You should be asked to fill in a damage report form. Your post office will then contact Polish Post.

METHOD
Mad Moon Vintage is located in Poland. As a standard, we ship via Polish Post.

The cost of postage depends not only on where you live, but on both the size and weight of the package.

For most parcels with free shipping, providing the total length of the three sides measures a maximum of 90cm and the weight is under 2kg, our standard shipping method is Polish Post 'Economy', with no tracking and no signature required upon receipt.

For an additional cost, you may upgrade to Polish Post 'Priority' shipping. Your parcel will have a faster estimated shipping time and can be tracked via a tracking number that we will give you after we've shipped it.

If you live in a country with a less reliable postal system, or if the value of your item is high, we recommend selecting 'Priority' shipping at checkout. If you don't do this, we might suggest an upgrade before we ship your item.

Larger parcels whose total side length exceed 90cm or which weigh over 2kg, have tracking as a standard. We will provide you with the tracking number after we've shipped your item.
