Please note we are small business owners meaning there is only a max of 2 - 3 employee completing your order, responding to your messages, marketing, checking inventor etc. Please try to be patient when waiting for a reply from us for a delayed parcel. We have to get on hold with our courier companies which can take hours sometimes to get hold of them. Things cannot be done like bigger companies one-shot by us. There's a real person reading your e-mails and messages. And please be patient. The same person answering e-mails is likely the same person who is trying to pack your orders. Meaning you have purchased the chea option of shipping. This is simply a stamp in the corner which does not provide a tracking. Your address was never inserted into their system.

If you feel you are someone who is very picky about colours and it should match the original bottle please ask us for a cancelation within 6 hours of the purchase.

All RUSH PDF (1-2hrs) will be sent asap if we cannot make it due to work being done in the studio we will fully refund you the label cost. We are a small team who run 5 full shops with over 200 orders a day. We may miss your rush incoming order or we may not even be in our studio as we are dropping off made orders.
