Please refer to listing details for dispatch times and note that delivery estimates provided by Etsy can be misleading and do not take into consideration our rural location, weekends, public holidays and any other Australia Post related delays. Your order may arrive a few days later than the provided estimate, unfortunately this is out of our control and Tilly&Wilbur will not be held responsible for any such delays or items deemed lost in transit. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number which can be used on the Australia Post website for up to date delivery details.

Delivery can take up to 5-18 business days for Parcel Post and 1-4 business days for Express Post and this does not include processing time. We are located outside of the Express Post network therefore Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links and your delivery won't be covered by the Next Day Guarantee.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries and once dispatched they are responsible. If your address is incorrect or your parcel is marked as unclaimed and returned to us there is an Australia Post Return To Sender fee of $10.65 which we will forward on to you.

📏 SIZE & COLOUR GUIDE 📏

Most listings will have a size guide within the product image tiles. If this is not the case or you have any questions at all about sizing please get in touch.

Many of our listings use "lifestyle" images to promote the designs. This means that the colour/style you receive may not be an exact match to that pictured. We also use different suppliers across our range of baby, children and adult garments therefore the colours in 'matching' sets may not always be identical. Please contact us prior to ordering if you would like to check what you will receive for your sizes.

We can source additional colours if required for a fee of $19.95. Our big kid tee (sizes 6-16) are from a different supplier to our baby bodysuits and little kids tees so this means there may be some colour discrepancies in matching sets – we're happy to send images prior to printing on request.

💧 WASHING 💧

It’s simple, don’t let it be worn thereby ensuring it will never need washing! Jokes aside, all items are machine washable. Don’t soak, don’t use fabric softener, don’t tumble dry or iron directly on prints and Bob’s your uncle!

All sizes listed are Australian unless stated otherwise. Sizes can however vary between brands. Please select sizes carefully as we can not offer a refund or exchange for incorrect size selection. All items include a size chart in their image tiles. We advise comparing the measurements to an item you know fits well. If you're unsure at all and no measurements are listed in the product image tiles, send us a message.

All of our items are printed to order. This can take a little time which is why we provide an estimated processing time.

Processing time includes design printing, personalisation, garment pressing & printing, as well as hand packing your order.
Order delivery occurs After orders are processed with us.

Please note that delivery estimates provided by the platform you are purchasing on can be misleading and do not take into consideration our rural location, weekends and public holidays. While we endeavour to dispatch on time every time, we are unable to guarantee a delivery day. We can provide a delivery estimate based on information from the carrier but this does not take into account any delays including customs or public holidays.

In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, it will need to be returned to us in its original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and this will be refunded once item is received an inspected.
