Since every item at Phoebe & June is crafted by hand, we begin all orders as soon as they're placed so they're ready to ship within 1-3 business days, including personalized items. Orders are shipped via USPS from Smithsburg, Maryland. First Class packages typically take 3-5 business days for delivery and Priority packages typically take 1-3 business days. International shipping varies from 1-4 weeks depending on the destination and customs process. You are able to choose from all available shipping methods at checkout. A little hard to give a review on an item that I never received. I did however receive a substitute card which was nice.......but not what I ordered. I am a return customer and have never had a problem before.,,,so I am guessing there was a glitch in the system?
