Please contact me if you have any further commercial use requests. In many instances for micro business use you will be able to use my products at no extra cost. Most often cases where I do turn down usage permission is when it is in competition with my own products. Feel free to contact me with a description of your intended use to request permission or for commercial licencing requests.

I design all my products on a colour calibrated monitor in the effort to get the most accurate colour possible.

Having said that, monitors can vary dramatically in colour and unless your monitor and printer are calibrated to be identical in colour, colours may appear different. In most cases, you can tweak colour settings with your printers software before printing to get a more accurate result.

Unfortunately I am unable to offer advice on how to do so as different model printers all have different software and capabilities. See your printers manual for further information on how to adjust colour print settings.

My recommendation for software would be Photoshop Elements, which is the more affordable consumer version of Photoshop CC. Photoshop Elements offers a great deal of editing options and is ideal for digital scrapbooking. Some printers, scanners and other peripherals come with a free copy of Photoshop Elements but it can also be purchased at a reasonable price.

Paintshop Pro is another popular software choice for digital scrapbooking.

There is some digital scrapbooking scrapbooking specific software available but it generally isn't as flexible as Photoshop Elements of Paintshop Pro. Having said that, they often have an easier learning curve.

All of my downloadable products come in zipped format to reduce download file size and keep files together in a single file. While you can often view the images in your operating systems file managing software, Windows Explorer or Finder the files remain in compressed format. The zip files must be extracted and decompressed from the zip file before use.

You may notice that my files download a little differently than other sellers on Etsy. I have developed a method to keep all of my files in one download rather than in multiple files which is often needed due to Etsy's file size restrictions. (20mb maximum)

All your files are available on the download page which is accessible from your receipt and/or receipt email.

On occasion I have people request I email the files to them, however this is not possible as in most cases the file sizes are too big for most email providers.

If you are having problems downloading, please let me know as I am more than happy to troubleshoot with you. I will do my best to make sure you get your files.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not given once the product has been downloaded as the download cannot be returned. All effort is made to ensure you see the quality of my products from the previews. If there are any issues with my products I am happy to work with you to resolve them.

Replacements are provided for canvas's which arrive damaged. If there are any other problems with your order I will work with you to resolve the issue.

All canvas's come with tracking provided to ensure you receive your order. All effort is made to ensure your product looks like it does on the Etsy listing.

Unfortunately I do not allow the usage of my products for print on demand services such as Zazzle, Society 6 or Red Bubble etc.
