Our files can only be edited on a computer or laptop - they are not compatible with phones or tablets.

You will get an email from them to create a free account to access your files (choose 'customer' not 'seller' account). The files are stored on the website so you can save your work and come back to edit it whenever you need.

No sorry, we don't offer personalisation. All of our templates are DIY, so you will need a computer and you will need to do the editing yourself.

Unfortunately, we are not taking on custom orders at the moment sorry. Our templates are fully editable. We have hundreds of fonts to choose from and you can add your own graphics to them, so you have a lot of freedom to make them into something more custom. Try out one of the demos to get an idea.

If you have used Templett before, you don't need to wait for the access email. Go straight to www.templett.com and log into your account and your templates will be there.

PLEASE NOTE: Your Etsy account will remain linked to your Templett account, even if you change your email on Etsy and make a new Templett purchase - the files will still go to the original Templett account. You don't get a new Templett account each time you change your email. It will always remain linked to the first account created, to prevent multiple accounts being made for a single user. If you cannot access your original Templett account, follow the 'Forgot Password link on the login page. If you are still having issues, please contact Templett to resolve this.

Shortly after you make your purchase, you will receive an email from Templett (not Etsy) to access your files. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK IN CASE IT HAS GONE THERE. The files are not in your Etsy account - they will only appear on Templett.

DO NOT USE APPLE ID or you will not receive the access email. Apple ID hides your email address, therefore Templett doesn't have an email address to send the files to. iCloud emails and Apple Pay are fine, this is separate from an Apple ID.

Please DO NOT PURCHASE if you need a different size. We cannot offer refunds if you require a different size. All sizes are shown prior to purchasing. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure they can find somewhere to print in the sizes offered.
