I can gift wrap for $3 :) Items will be individually packaged with extra freebies, extra stickers, and come with a complimentary card. Please add the option at check out.
Otherwise, all items come in some form of wrapping - e.g. tissue paper, brown paper, organza bag etc.

Clothing: Most of these items are pre-loved by me! As I'm an AUS6-8, it may mean my body is a bit different to yours, and that's okay! Please message me if you have any concerns - I'll try my best to accommodate your needs. I wear a lot of different styles and sizes :)
For custom made items: please contact me or leave a personalisation note for any changes to sizing! Most, if not all of my items are made to order items :)

All domestic standard (AUS$2 for earrings, $6 for fragile items/larger items, $10+ for all large items) delivery will be tracked and posted through AustraliaPost.

Please note I am not responsible for any delays, damaged packages or missing packages after they have been posted, but message me for any issues with your package, including it not arriving and I'm sure we can sort something out :-).

All mystery clothing bundles and self-care boxes will be through AustraliaPost and come with tracking.

All international parcels come with tracking; please note the buyer is responsible for all taxes and custom payments and requirements.

Mystery clothes: All clothes will come cleaned, and all jewellery will be sterilised :) Please follow the individual care instructions on each item as most of the items are branded. Some of the clothes may be a bit wrinkly but should not have any big issues e.g. stains or holes. Please contact me ASAP if this is the case! Let me know if you have any questions!

All custom made items: All silver is stainless or sterling silver and should be treated gently with a polishing cloth to prevent tarnishing. All gold is sterling silver/brass plated with gold, and should be treated gently. Please be gentle with all jewerly, and do not wear them in the shower/water etc.

Please roll all elastic instead of stretching- includes bracelets and rings.

Most, if not all of my listings can be customised and personalised. This applies to both mystery clothing bundles and all made to order items! Please either leave me a personalisation note or PM me and I will get back to you ASAP. Small changes will not incur a fee, and I will be in contact if the change is not possible/costly.
