A: If your order requires photos kindly send us your best preferred photo on Etsy by sending us a message. If your order requires only one photo but you send multiple, our designers will choose the one that will create the best portrait. It's always best to send your preferred photo when placing your order as trying different photos for an order will incur extra charges.

If you ordered a print that doesn't require photos you can sit back and relax until we send you your proof. Etsy should send you an email notification when we send you a message so make to sure to keep on the lookout!

After approval of the print we will start working on the printing process will send you your tracking information once shipped!

A: Always make sure to double check the address! If you entered the wrong address we will need the correct address to update your order.

Unfortunately if you don't notice that the address was incorrect this is out of our hands and extra fees will be required to send out a new print. All prints sent to the wrong address and "returned to the sender" by the carrier are discarded to keep orders flowing.

A: As we strive to maintain high-quality standards and timely delivery for all our clients, especially during peak seasons like the holidays, we are unable to do this. To continue offering excellent value, we’ve lowered the price of additional digital files by approximately 70%. We now ask you to select your preferred photo for the initial portrait. Rest assured, we will inform you if the chosen photo doesn't meet our quality standards. If you're interested in trying a different photo, we can create an additional portrait at this newly accessible rate.
