Each letter and number with a black border and in the colours Red, White, Pink, Green and Blue! Also with stars, happy birthday cut outs, and balloons to complete your party cake! (So you can have the name on the cake etc)
The 3rd PDF is a two page, printable bunting flags - reprint for length desired
