International that are standard shipping take between 1-3 weeks to arrive unless customs hold the package.

We are here to serve and assist if you have received a damaged item please contact as as soon as possible, please send images of broken item and all packaging materials. We make sure to package fragile items with extra care as well as label outside of the box with a good amount of fragile labels and even handwriting. There aren't many cases as such and it is unfortunate when it happens we understand how disappointing it is.

We do not accept returns and exchanges, please make sure you make all inquiries prior to your purchase, we gladly help with sending extra images or information when requested. When exceptions are made due to different factors you will need to ship your item back to us at your own cost. We are a small business and are not yet able to carry the extra shipping charges in such cases. We do not send return labels unless an item is damaged.
