This pillow is valuable for mastectomy surgery, lumpectomy, top surgery, endometriosis, hysterectomy, heart surgery, etc...

This is a professionally made high quality item, which is also completely fully lined in cotton fabric to offer far greater quality than just simply filled with stuffing. As these pillows are often used for in excess of 3 months after mastectomy surgery, it is essential that they are made correctly.
I believe all pillows should be lined, so all the pillows in my shop are!

This large and comfy pillow is plump yet lightweight. It's very generously filled full with super soft teddy bear filling, so certainly not slim.
It will help ease discomfort after all types of surgery, including breast and heart surgery and also valuable for abdominal surgeries such as a hysterectomy. Protects your incision and stitches.
Not only does this super soft pillow provide much needed comfort and support to the chest area whilst recovering, it also provides good arm support too, as it is filled with the correct amount high grade premium filling. Good arm support is essential after breast surgery, especially after a mastectomy, as the under arm can be very painful whilst recovering. Quite often during mastectomy surgery lymph nodes in the armpit are also removed. As the armpit and breast area contains many nerves, the benefit of this pillow is that it also comforts the armpit area as well as the swollen breast area.
This pillow also keeps your arms away from your wound, therefore stopping accidental bumping of the breast area, and generally protects you.
Brilliant to ease pain and discomfort and provides the much needed comfort and relief post surgery. Also gives the user more confidence whilst using it.

Standard ....pillow measures 39 inches in length x 11 inches deep (99cm x 28cm) approx. This is the standard size for a pillow of this nature. This size stretches right across and covers the entire chest area - So perfect for breast, heart surgery & hysterectomy.

The pillow has cut outs for your arms, which give good support whilst resting. Includes a well placed good size pocket which means The Koolpak gel pack fits comfortably into the pocket. Also useful for little items too, such as a TV remote.

The Koolpak gel pack is reusable and is an option to purchase with the pillow. It is made up of a non toxic gel which delivers effective treatment. Customers describe this addition as the little hot water bottle effect when placed in the pocket, as it immensely helps with additional pain relief. Simply place the pack in the freezer for 2 hours or pop in the microwave for 15/ 20 seconds for heat.
Heat for pain relief and cold to help with reducing swelling. Ideal for continuous treatment at home.
The pack remains hot or cold for 30 minutes.
Contains Carbomer, Glycerol, and WaterIt is professionally made with care using either high quality 100% cotton fabric or polycotton fabric. Please message me if you would like the exact details of each fabric. The pillow is also fully lined in quality cotton fabric (so not just simply stuffed with filling).

It is generously filled with super soft teddy bear filling (100% polyester hollow fibre) for extra comfort and softness. The filling has been carded and is lovely and fluffy with bounce and not hard. The filling complies with British Fire Safety regulations.

The pillow comes very well wrapped in bubble wrap inside its packaging, so it would make a lovely gift.
