Snuggle Cat Scarf Pattern - These adorable cat scarves are surprisingly quick to knit and sure to be a hit with any cat lover with their fluffy fur coats and snuggly warmth. I came up with this knitting pattern to take advantage of the yarn without enduring the frustration of trying to crochet with it. Each scarf measures about 48” from nose to tail tip.
As you can see from the pictures, there's a lot of room for individual expression on fur and eye color, and some yarn combinations make surprisingly pretty results. I've named them after cats I know or knew and Othello (black and orange) turned out much cooler than expected. Brutus (orange and tan) was what I had been going for, lol. And how can anyone not like Lila (silver and white) with her big blue eyes?
As a bonus, it turns out that they are also amazingly cute when you're not wearing them. The picture shows Brutus, Othello and Dagmar all curled up in their basket enjoying a good snuggle.
Despite the safety eyes, these are not really meant for very small children. Use your own discretion on the the recipient:)
