Good morning, Your order was cancelled, and you were totally refunded, via PayPal. Unfortunately, I sold it in my physical shop, the same day you ordered it, and I had to cancel your purchase, and refund you. All orders placed on etsy are safe by etsy, and if you paid via PayPal you are twice as safe, or your money is automatically refunded in case of an item not arriving, cancelation or item different from described. I am human, I too make mistakes and I do apologize for any trouble I may have caused for not having removed the jacket from my etsy store immediately. As I said, I have a physical shop, and I usually check etsy at night, when I arrive home. This jacket was sold in the morning, at my shop, and your payment was refunded at full. Name calling is rude and unnecessary.
