The vendor followed up with me regarding multiple orders I placed to ensure I hadn't made a mistake in double ordering the necklace. They all combined my multiple orders into one shipping order so they all arrived at the same time - which I greatly appreciated. The item is of great quality, the customisation is well done and of high standard. I'm very happy to be able to gift a memorial pendant to each of my parent's.
