I encourage people to register and follow me on Etsy to have clear follow up and consistency in the order. This makes more efficient the experience of the conversation and order delivery and tracking.

I usually design and supply my own gift wrapping.

The delivery packaging is the common cardboard box to post. Inside the cardboard box I use protection filling and the item is generally inside a solid cardboard box that is wrapped as a gift.

I work differently in my wrapping depending of the size of the item and the number of items in one same order.

The gift is beautifully wrapped. All handcrafted.

I use bubble wrap to protect the wrapped gift inside the parcel box and also have shredded paper around to cushion and protect the gift box from any vibration or impact. As the gift is liquid (ie spray perfume or mist, oil roll-on perfume, oil in dark bottle with dropper), it is paramount to make sure the bottles and contents arrive well.

In all product listings, the sizes of bottles and type of bottles used are specified.

Some of my listings have ‘Variations’. This means that the same fragrance can be prepared in different size or type of bottles. Price varies respectively to the chosen size.

Spray Perfume or Mist bottles should not be exposed to direct Sun light. Keep them either in a cabinet, drawer, bag, box. Do not expose them to direct heat.

As a handcrafted fragrance, in the case of spray perfume or mist. It is recommended you use the product often and do not leave it without use for more than a year. In case the product consistency has been affected, or allergy, dispose it, do not use it.

Keeping the product in a cool and dark area, allows more life time for use.

In case of the Roll-on oil based perfumes, it is recommended keeping them in dark and cool place.

Do not use roll-on perfumes over garments or on skin sensitive areas like eyelids, lips or wounds.

For dark oil bottles with droppers, use small amounts.

I am starting and doing orders manually using my own resources more or less as per order. Gradually building an inventory at the moment.

For the time being, your feedback as a buyer is very important to me at the moment.

My production time is per item in the order and varies between 1 to 3 working days, and my wrapping time takes generally a day.

My shipping time is taking between 3 to 6 working days, depending of the area within Australia. At the moment I am using Australia Post with standard delivery types.

In the case the customer or buyer lives in Penrith NSW Australia, the customer should contact me previous the order to organise ‘LOCAL’ promotion.

Local Domestic shipping within Australia can vary according to the region the parcel is being delivered and the weight of the parcel.

As I recently started selling, I am still making adjustments to costs of shipping, nevertheless I am making sure I am assigning a fair shipping cost.

Should you live in Penrith NSW Local Government Area in Australia, do please contact me to apply the ‘LOCAL’ promotion, which does not charge for shipping if the customer is prepared to pick up the parcel or meet for local delivery in the area. International shipping is not available at the moment.

Usually, if the item is freshly prepared for the order, it will take 2 to 3 days preparation and maturing. Additionally of one day of wrapping and organising shipping.

For customised fragrances, I allow 1 week conversation over the design and another 3 to 5 days development and production.

If the items are already prepared, it will take the time of wrapping and organise shipping or delivery.

The item or items being fully prepared, wrapped and ready to be shipped will be arriving to you within 5 to 6 working days using Standard Shipping.This does not include Saturdays and Sundays.

The shipping is defined as ‘Safe drop’ as a standard cost I am managing.
