Similar to other reviews on their ties, this same item had a strange smell associated with it upon arrival. Then when returned the store tried refusing a refund due to the smell and how it was folded. Really unethical and disappointing. Got my refund back from Etsy but want to warn others of my experience

Patrick sent back two orders clearly used. One of them had a strong smell and both of the orders were sent back screwed up with broken packaging which left permanent crease marks. One of them also had broken and pulled threads so it must have been caught on something while trying it on or wearing it out, which would also explain the smell. One of the orders was also out of the returns policy however he sent the goods back anyway and demanded a refund after calling us a scam business. We insisted on getting Etsy involved in mediating these problems upon which Etsy agreed to refund Patrick using their own funds rather than ours to keep him happy as it was clear we did what we could. We have had almost 9k orders and a 5-star rated star seller store so we believe this stands taller than Patrick's 1-star review.
