We work 9-4 Monday to Friday. We do not answer messages on the weekend as we are out of our office but will get back to customers as soon as we read your message when we are back in the office.

Please upgrade your shipping to avoid disappointment as we can not refund for late arrivals! We custom make everything to order.

We make all items in 1-3 business days and send all UK parcels with Royal Mail 24 which SHOULD BE 1-2 days.

Or international 1-2 weeks.

Being a small business this is completely out of our control and we CAN NOT REFUND FOR LATE ARRIVALS.

We can’t afford to do this as we can’t resell personalised items.

Couriers are not always 100% reliable with their shipping times, being a small business we can not refund for late arrivals.

PAY FOR A SHIPPING UPGRADE

If you are in the UK use DHL which is next day (after our 1-3 day making time)

If you are international please use DHL EXPRESS which is a 2 day delivery

NEED YOUR ITEM NEXT DAY?
Please purchase a ‘rush my order’ we can make and send this on the same day which is an additional £15 UK only.
International works different so please contact us for that.

If you have an issue with your order please message us via Etsy rather than email.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged of misspelling due to our mistake, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders.
If there is misspelling due to our mistake, we will send a corrected item at no additional charge.
