SIZES

If your design is more than 60 x 60 cm, your decal may come in 2 parts. This is because our cutter has a one side maximum of 55 cm. But don't worry, this makes installation much easier!

The sizes listed are for the length of the entire decal. Total height of the decal will vary depending on font choices and number of letters. The more letters/characters you want, the smaller the letters will be.

ie. The word 'Beach' will have a bigger height than the word 'Beach life'

MOCKUPS

MATERIAL

Our decals are made with Oracal 631 self-adhesive Removable Vinyl, one of the BEST vinyls due to its durability, versatility, and ease of use. Oracal 631 vinyl has a matte finish that makes it ideal for creating non-reflective decals. It's water-resistant and can withstand normal wear and tear, but is also easily removable if you only want to use it for an event. Once removed, our decals are not reusable. It can be applied on any flat smooth surface such as mirrors, walls, acrylic, windows, doors and etc. No fabric material.

PRODUCTION / SHIPPING

Our production time is 2-5 business days from when you place your order and make payment. We use Australia Post to ship all our products. You will receive a tracking number for your order. After we DISPATCH your order, depending on the shipping option and location, these are the following ESTIMATES :

For Domestic Orders: We kindly ask you to allow an additional 4 days for transit before reaching out to us regarding undelivered packages.

Regrettably, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times or offer refunds for late arrivals due to occasional regional or customs delays. It's our legal requirement for us to label all shipped items as merchandise. Please note that international shipments may be charged import fees/handling fees. The cost you pay for shipping to Liemanco solely covers the expense of getting your package to your country's border. Please note that you, as the customer, are accountable for any additional import, customs, or handling fees that may be assessed by your country. MORE INFORMATION:

This is a custom listing therefore it is NON-REFUNDABLE. It takes some time creating your custom designs so if your order is cancelled after we have created the design, you will be charged a non-refundable design fee of $8. (This will depend on the order though, some designs are much more complex and take longer time to create due to back and forth changes. This fee will be much higher). If your item has been lost during shipping, please notify us and we will help you investigate the issue. Usually, most carriers will not leave a parcel unattended. In most cases, a calling card will be left for you to pick up at a nearby location or provide an option for redelivery.

If your order is significantly late, message us and we will try to help you the best we can. The expected delivery dates provided to you are just approximate, please message us first.

Please allow at least 1 to 2 weeks after the expected delivery date during holiday seasons such as Christmas.

Once an order is made, we send out a hard copy, detailed instructions based on what product you have purchased. We also have video tutorials for vinyl decals, window films, and frosted decals. Please visit our youtube channel or website:

In the chance that a hard copy instruction is not included in your order, please don’t install it. Contact us via email or on ETSY and we will send you an online copy.

Decals should be applied to a smooth, flat, clean, and dry surface (such as walls, windows, tile, mirrors, doors, etc.) We do not recommend to apply them on textured walls as they will create pockets of air in between the sticker and the wall, thus interfere with the sticker adhering.

However, Oracal 651 Vinyls should not be used on walls.

1. Heat it with a hairdryer or heat gun to soften the adhesive behind the decal and to make it easier to remove.

With glass, just heat the glass evenly and do not heat in one position for too long; otherwise, the glass could overheat and shatter. Don't do it on a cold morning too.

2. Use a sharp plastic scraper or razor blade and slowly slide the blade under the edges and chip away at the adhesive to separate the decal from the surface. Try to hold the blade parallel to the surface to minimize the risk of damaging the surface. You may be able to peel the decal off once you have the edge lifted. Try to peel off the decal with your fingers, keeping in mind that it may tear or shred.

3. Then use soapy water to remove any leftover residue

Yes you can return the product to us, however, you will have to cover the cost of shipping it back and a restocking fee of 15% of the order. The product must also be unused and in original condition. We will examine the product and if it’s not in original condition, we cannot proceed with the refund.

Seasonal items cannot be refunded.

Sometimes packages can be marked as delivered but not show up until a few days afterwards.

To try to locate your package, follow these steps:

1. Check with neighbours or family if they have received anything.
2. After that I recommend calling your local post office and asking them to verify via GPS coordinates where the package was marked as delivered.

If you believe your package was stolen, please file a police report with your local agency. Mail theft is a federal crime. Since we are both losing time and money, I do make sure we utilise all possible resources.

Your patience and understanding is much appreciated. I know that it is very upsetting when you have made a purchase and do not receive the item(s) that you paid for.

Once you receive the decal, please ensure to open and check that everything is correct, including spelling, before installation. We will require a photo of the received decal if there are any discrepancies. If any mistakes are found with your order, we request that you contact us within 5 business days of the decal’s arrival, and we will swiftly send you a replacement. In the rare occurrence that it does not arrive in time for your event – rest assured, we meticulously double-check all orders before packing – we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. In such instances, we will be more than happy to offer you a partial refund.
