It has Two layers of fabric pieces stitched together with thousands of small & delicate fine running sturdily Kantha stitches, hand crafted and softly quilted by artisans in India. The entire quilt is painstakingly hand embroidered with straight running stitches to create a unique piece, one of a kind (no two are exactly alike), making it a unique Kantha Quilt.

Whether you drape it over your bed, couch, or favorite chair, it's sure to make a statement and breathe new life into your decor. Bright colors add vibrancy to your living space / bedroom. This quilt met all my expectations. The color was a perfect match and the pattern is beautiful. My only wish is that it was a little bigger to cover a 10" mattress. But all in all, I'm pleased.
