* HOW THE PROCESS WORKS *

- A form in which you can add your information and choose your personalization will be sent to your e-mail address within a maximum of 12 hours after your order. (Please do not forget to share your e-mail address after your order.)

- From the moment you fill out the form we sent you and send it back to us, your designs will be prepared and submitted to your approval via e-mail or etsy message within a maximum of 2 working days.

- If there are points that need to be revised, they are made and your approval is requested when the designs are appreciated with every point.

-After you approve your designs, the necessary molds for the printing process are made. (Please note that we cannot make any changes from the moment you approve your designs, even if it is done, it causes an additional fee. Therefore, we ask you to confirm after checking the designs we sent you for approval in detail)

- After your patterns are prepared, your designs are placed in the printing order and printed in a fair order.

- Photos of the final versions of the products are shared with you via etsy message just before shipping.

- The package is prepared and delivered to the express cargo to reach you as soon as possible. (Mostly ships via FedEx.)

- The products are invoiced and officially shipped. Since the customs taxes that may occur are collected by the recipient country, it has nothing to do with our company.
