We did have some issues with the included water lines that required a plumber, but the communication with BrassKesh was better than most sellers in the States. Beautiful shower head and looks great in the shower. Very nice quality and workmanship. When installed it was not straight so I had to add a swival attachment. I would buy again if needed.
