My turnaround time for the design proof is typically 48-72 hours after purchase, but can change depending on orders coming in and life with kiddos. I prefer to receive approval of the proof before I print and post your notecards to ensure that all details are correct and that they are just perfect!

🐨 DESIGNED, MADE & PRINTED in South Australia: All my products are designed (by me) and printed in Adelaide, South Australia. The print shop I work closely with is a family-owned, local, small business, just down the road. All notebooks and notepads are hand-bound by yours truly 😘
♻️ 100% RECYCLED PAPER: My mission has been to source the best paper I can, always looking for the best quality and most sustainable. It might look and feel a little different to what you find in the major stores, but I believe this gives each product character and charm and my customers love it!
🌏 PLASTIC-FREE PACKAGING: Most of the packaging I use is plastic free - I am in the process of switching to cellophane bags made from biodegradable cellulose to protect from moisture during delivery, but I am still working through some old stock of plastic covering. Once I run out of the plastic product, I will make the complete switch to cello where possible. My packaging is made from sturdy recycled card, and I aim to source from companies that align with my values. My inserts are also printed on recycled materials and designed to be displayed and reused.
💌 SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Since most of my items are personalised, I aim to have a turnaround of 3-5 working days to complete a design and have it printed. I use Australia Post Domestic Shipping Tracked delivery within Australia with the option to upgrade to Express Post at checkout.
I am hoping to be able to ship Standard International delivery soon.
