OUR MATERIALS

GOLD FILLED

♥ Gold/Rose Gold filled jewellery is very high quality, tarnish resistant and when cared for properly a gold/rose gold filled piece will last a lifetime. 14K Gold/ Rose Gold Filled is a layer of 14K gold/rose gold mechanically bonded under high heat and pressure to a base metal such as brass or copper. It is an actual layer of gold and thus is much more valuable (and therefore more expensive!) than gold plated or gold dipped jewellery (as it contains a hundred times more gold than these other types). With proper care, Gold/Rose Gold filled will NOT chip off, flake, wear off or turn colour over time.

STERLING SILVER

♥ Real .925 grade solid Sterling Silver. All silver tarnishes and Sterling Silver is no exception. Interestingly, the rate of tarnish is very much to do with personal body chemistry/PH levels. Some people with alkaline bodies can wear silver and it will look new forever, others can turn a piece in a matter of days if they are more acidic.
Either way, silver can be easily restored to its original shine using the polish pad included with each with our polishing pad purchase. Additional pads can also be purchased in our shop if needed.

Order processing + Shipping times:

♥ When you will receive your order is made up of 2 parts: Order processing time & Shipping time.
♥ As each piece is hand cut and hand stamped in our studio, order processing times will vary with the season. Please check our announcement bar for current order processing times.
♥ During busy seasons (for example, Mother's Day, Xmas etc), order processing times can go up to 10 business days (so please get your orders in early!).
♥ Shipping time depends on your choice of postage which are presented to you at checkout.
♥ We ship worldwide!

PACKAGING INFO

All our personalised jewellery will come in our signature white box with logo with a polish pad/cloth. A care card is also included with each order.
As part of our responsilibity to be more environmentally aware, we minimise unnecessary packaging and will package multiple jewellery into one box.

However, it would be our pleasure to provide individual jewellery boxes upon request. Please leave us a note at checkout if you would prefer one jewellery piece per box.

JEWELLERY CARE

Our jewellery is made to last years and years if taken care of properly. This means - remove your Stamp + Shine piece when you take a shower, go for a swim, or work out. Please be aware that contact with sweat, water, and perfume can cause sterling silver to tarnish quickly as well as cause the ink to fade on all metals.
If your necklace gets wet it will get ruined, however do dry it off as soon as possible. Spray on your perfume and apply all body lotion/moisturiser BEFORE putting your jewellery back on.
A care card is also included with every order.

Remember : Look after your jewellery and they will reward you with many many years of wear! :)
