Please keep your jewellery in a cool and dry place and to remove them before sleeping, showering/bathing, exercising, or swimming.

Perfumes, moisturisers, insect repellents, suncream and cleaning products (or any other chemicals) can cause damage to some acrylic pieces and metal components, so it is best to keep your jewellery from coming into contact with any of these substances.

Avoid contact with sharp objects as they can scratch the surface of the acrylic.

To clean the acrylic components, wipe gently with a microfibre cloth (such as a sunglasses cleaning cloth), which can be dampened with a very small amount of water if required. When cleaning with water, please avoid wetting the wooden components.

Store and transport your jewellery in the pouch or box provided, and avoid pieces knocking against each other. Do keep your jewellery from dropping onto hard surfaces as this might weaken or break the piece.

If your hoop earrings are not hung on a jewellery display, they are best stored with the hoop and charm parts unassembled.

For hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns / refunds for earrings.
