Delivery time will vary depending on your location. As a guide, most orders with Regular Australia Post within Australia are usually delivered within 2~7 business days from sent date. Some regional area may take 6~13 days.

If you need your order in a hurry for a certain date, please contact us before placing an order. We will give you an option to upgrade Aus Express Post with correct postage according to your order volume & weight. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates and do not accept returns or issue refunds if your order doesn't reach you in time for your event. So please place your order accordingly.

It is rare for an item to be lost or damaged in the post. Unfortunately, it can happen. Most of the orders with Auspost Standard Postage ($8.65+) come with a tracking number(you will receive an email notification from Etsy with tracking number once we dispatch your parcel) but there are some small items which don't come with a tracking number(ie. orders with postage under $8.65). We recommend upgrading your shipping to include insurance or tracking to safeguard your parcel(please message us prior to place an order if you want to upgrade your shipping), as we are unable to replace or refund orders that go missing in the post. For domestic orders(within Australia), the option to upgrade to add Signature at Delivery is available at check out.

Please be advised that returns will be allowed only if an item is faulty. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the item and inform us about it. We will advise if a return is needed.

In the unlikely event where you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the item and inform us about it.

We do not offer change of mind returns.

All returns need to be approved by us for a refund to be processed or a replacement sent out.

Any parcels returned to sender because of incorrect address provided by the customer will incur postage charges to be sent out to you again. Australia Post is now charging senders for Return mail and this charge will be passed on to the customer if an incorrect address is provided. Please ensure the address on your account is correct.

If the error is on our part, we will bear the cost of sending you your order.

No refund or replacement will be issued for unauthorised Return to sender.

To prolong the beauty of your flowers and foliage we advise against positioning them in sunlight as over time this may result in fading and discolouration. Flowers can be placed in water for short periods (eg. for photo shoots) however it is best to avoid longer periods of water exposure as this may cause the wire inside the stems to rust. Avoid positioning flowers in close proximity to candles as they may burn the delicate materials the flowers are made from. Flower stems are made of wire and plastic and can easily be bent or cut to fit your chosen vase. Cleaning your flowers is easy! If they get a bit dusty, just wipe them with a cloth or baby wipes.

It is easy and simple. Just get a vase you have at home and arrange them the way you like. You can trim/bend the stems to fit your vase better. If you need a trim, use a sharp wire cutter and take care, some of the thicker stems can be hard to get through. We recommend you not to use a vase which has a too wide neck because it will result in flowers separating out a lot more. If you don’t like the look of your flower in clear vase without water, you can simply use an opaque vase, or use pebbles at the base of you clear vase. Another option is to line the inside of the vase with a broad tropical leaf, this is a method that florists often use to hide messy stems.

We stock only the highest quality. However some flowers are more delicate than others and if not handle gently, a leaf or petal/flower may detach itself from a stem. These can often be popped back on to the stem by slotting it back into the hole in the leaf/flower. If not, sometimes they can be glued back on.
