This is for a DIGITAL file- .jpg and pdf at 300dpi with no bleed in A3, and A4, plus an 8x10 inch pdf that you print yourself.

If you don't have access to an A3 printer, if you take your file into Officeworks on a USB, they will do full colour A3 prints in store on the spot for $1.73.

ACCESSING DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

After purchasing a digital file, you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.

Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

ANOTHER WAY TO LOCATE AND ACCESS YOUR FILES
At the top of the Etsy browser, you should see some options in the top right hand corner (Home, Favourites, You, Cart). To access your digital file(s), go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.

To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You may then need to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the download option for individual files.

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.
Please contact me through Etsy Conversations if you experience any difficulty accessing your files.

COPYRIGHT INFORMATION
You may print your image as often as you like, but you may not share, distribute or sell the files.

PRINTING AND DISPLAY TIPS
Print the image onto regular white paper, not gloss or photo paper, as the gloss takes away the newspaper effect.
Print in colour in order to see the aged effect of the paper.

If using a frame, place the glass of the frame BEHIND the printout to make it more authentic and to prevent glare/reflections (especially in party photos).

No, you cannot. Although you may make multiple cuts of any file you purchase, you may not sell anything made using my design or sell or share the file itself- even if you alter the file.
If you have a customer who would like to purchase a finished papercut using my file, please direct them to my Etsy store, where they are available for purchase.

NO. I do not charge for rush-orders.
My MAXIMUM turnaround is 2 days, but I almost always have the file ready within 24 hours (usually sooner). You can speed up the process by using the Etsy app with notifications turned on or checking your email frequently (check your Etsy notifications aren't going to your spam folder).
If you need your files before that, just flick me an Etsy message BEFORE you order and let me know you're in a rush. If I am able, I will create your files immediately (or as soon as possible- I will let you know when I can). Please keep in mind that I am in Australia, so it is unlikely I will be able to complete your order immediately if it is the wee hours of the morning where I live.
