*Because each item is made to order there will be no refunds, returns or exchanges for anything other than an actual printing mistake or issue. If there is a problem with you order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items so we can do our best to correct any issues.

*Shipping info: You should receive your items within 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, damaged, lost or stolen due to the USPS. No refunds will be issued for items lost, damaged or stolen during the delivery process. These situations are something we have not control over - we are at the mercy of the USPS. Thankfully most packages arrive safety and on time but if you happen to have an issue with delivery please contact your local Post Office.

*We LOVE doing custom orders!! They are so fun to design and we always love creating new things for you. When you request a custom order please allow up to 5 business days for your design to be ready. We will notify you once your design is finished.

*Please refer to sizing guides in descriptions and check your size before placing your order. All of our t-shirts are standard sizes. Refunds/exchanges/returns will not be accepted for ordering the wrong size.

*Garment care- we suggest washing in cold water and not drying to protect the ink from fading. Do not bleach, dry clean or iron directly on the design. Fading can happen based on detergents and other factors that are out of our control.

*Colors in listings may very slightly depending on lighting and what type of device you are using. Since our products are individually made to order, some products may have slight variations in color, design placement, texture, etc...
