The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count!

It takes at least 10-15 business days for a package to arrive to Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), 8-15 business days to USA, 10-18 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 10-15 business days.

International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package.

Exchange can NOT be proceeded until we receive the original product in good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, a refund will be processed WHEN the product is received by us in good condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item is exchanged.
