Arrived undamaged, is much lighter than expected weight-wise so was very easy to maneuver onto the crate. Measurements were accurate - fit perfect and has not budged.

Item arrived twisted and the top is very rough and could not be used as a table. Un-useable for indented purpose.

Due to the nature of real wood there may be holes, knots and other imperfections. Because we think this adds to the character of your piece we will not cover these up; therefore, no two pieces will be exactly alike. These are rustic and made of reclaimed wood. Please be sure to look at the photos and description to make sure this is your style. Wood grain and hardware may slightly vary based on absorbing factors and availability. Each topper is sanded, stained and sealed however there will be some rough spots in some trays. Sizes are approximate, allow for variance. Colors may appear different from monitor to monitor. Dog Crate Topper only. Crate not included.

It never arrived. There is a tracking number- saying a shipping label was created but nothing else- which means the item was never shipped.
