i bought this item and it never arrived after countless days of following up with the customer service who created the product they never processed a refund and i am still being charged for an item i never received, poor customer service.

hi rocco, as mentioned in multiple messages we did ship the item, USPS confirmed it was delivered january 8th at 6:26 pm. you confirmed that you did see in your account that it said delivered. if it was stolen after delivery it is not our responsibility or a customer service issue. we sent you a refund for the express shipping since we were 2 days late due to this being a specialty item which takes more time to make. please stop harassing our team. thank you.
